Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is determined that you have received a faulty item or incorrect order, we will replace or repair it free of charge

Approval from Stumblor Pinball must be received before any items can be returned for repair or replacement. All materials, boards, cables, etc. must be included when the product is returned. We will repair or replace/exchange components based on our analysis of the problem Replacements or repairs can only be given if the item is defective or not fit for purpose. Freight will be covered by Stumblor Pinball on the return trip back to you only.

Refunds or Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products, since everything we make is built to order. If you have any questions or queries about the products you are buying, please contact me first.
